This painting session serves as a creative outlet for building trust in your intuition it is great for those who may tend to overthink or doubt themselves. We will be creating art through use of random objects instead of using a traditional paintbrush dipping the object into paint and applying to the canvas. This act allows for patterns and shapes to form on the canvas organically allowing the artist to let go of the need to control the outcome of the piece and to find their flow through the very act of creating.
