We will then create watercolor art based on your personal sensations and connections to the present moment.

At A Journey of Heart, we combine art with discussion. In this session's discussion, we will explore questions about how you specifically greet blockages upon your path and discover ways to tune into yourself so that you can hear, feel, and trust your intuition.
